2.01 "A NEW DAY IN THE OLD TOWN"


In the stunning first season finale, Olivia traveled to an intriguing parallel universe to meet with Massive Dynamic founder William Bell (guest star Leonard Nimoy). Season Two opens with her shocking return to this perplexing alternate reality, while Peter, unknowingly in a race against time with an ominous mobile force, pursues information about Olivia’s visit. Walter reenters the lab to cook up a bit of fringe science, and of course, some custard for Peter’s birthday.

I would like to find out is the subconscious of Peter knows the truth, he doesn't belong here. I think Peter is from an alternate realm.

Maybe Peter is the source of Cortexiphan. Walter experimented on him, right? Maybe he and Bell wanted to extract his power and use it, and the result is a drug. They also used Olivia as a test subject when he was a child.

How could Walter use the machine without the dangerous side effects Mr. Jones experienced?

I think that the Observers are from one of these other realities, and their physical characteristics may be the result of environmental factors in their world...we should perhaps also consider that our reality is also a factor in that..especially with that perceived gateway still open. And vice versa, of course.

And finally I need more about Massive Dynamic and ZFT's invasion of another parallel universe...or something to the effect.

after last seasons finale episode this jumped from my #4 favorite show to #2 behind of course the greatest show of all time, Lost. I started rewatching season 1 2 days ago to refresh my memory im on episode 5

It wasn't a 3rd body it took time for the body to change it to Agent Francis, the shape shifter probably said he would clean up the mess and they left him down there.
