I dont understand , you're gonna need ALOT of work done to that house but it's not like they dont have the money tho, but thing is it isn't even SHAPED like a house, no matter how much you fix it up it's gonna look like some sort of institution unless you do some serious renovating, 40 mill for that? must be in a VERY good area then again why would anyone let a house in a good area get that bad.
