Returning a pair Nike's

I heard a long long time ago that if the sole or whatever comes off of a pair of Nikes that you could send them to Nike and they would return a new pair to you. Is this true? If it is true does anyone know where to send them?

Because it's a pair of Air Jordan 13's that I bought back in 1998 and I don't think that I would be able to take them back to Foot Locker.

U have to mail them to a address stating why they are defect in the shoe and if the shoes are defect like you said they will send you a new pair.

its true and its not ture...Keep the sneakers and take them to a shoe repair place, trust me...One of my boys sent a pair back and actually got a new pair of the same model sent back to him...However, i know multiple people who have sent sneakers in that only ended up getting a gift card to Nike.com or Niketown, or a totally different pair of sneakers they didnt even want...Your gonna get fu*ked, save them and get them repaired yourself

The following WILL NOT be accepted:

* Footwear older than 2 years from the original date of manufacture. (save em cause ur already out of luck with this first one) Any footwear returns exceeding the 2 year date of manufacture limit will be returned without inspection. The manufacturing date can be found on the tag inside the shoe. If your shoe has the old tag, the first two numbers in the manufacturing date represent the year, the middle two numbers represent the month and the last two numbers represent the day. If you have the new tag, the manufacturing date is above the bar code and to the left.
* Products Nike determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
* Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
* Size, fit, and style selection complaints.
* Salesman samples
* Returns from consumers residing outside the U.S.

ok its true i work for nike i make the air bubbles and in soles and if the air bubble so happens bust u can call nike and u have to mail the shoes to them they will then do like a lil "autopsy" and see if the shoe was purposely damages like a poked hole in the air bubble then they will send u a voucher of how much the shoe cost if they dont have any in stock and im sure they dont have the jordans from 98 in stock so theyll send u a voucher and u can use it towards a purchase of any nike product. one of nike's slogan is we shall meet the needs of our customers and we do all types of test to ensure that the sole will stay on and a air bubble should never deflate
