Looks kinda shady. Why they got a Macbook and iPad on a shoe website? And no contact info. I like to know where my stuff is coming from when I'm spending a lot of money.

anyone order from this site yet? someone here has said they are legit, which the site does look it. but just wondering why some of the shoes are not available for ordering online. anyone know more about this site? looking at a shoe they have, really want it.

they are legit. they are a skate shop out of Michigan...a lot of stores do Phone orders only on some of their shoes.

looking at the nike.com site, it states the shoe i want releases in November... how is it that some sites have them already? sorry, somewhat new to the shoe game, some things i still dont know. thanks for info.

Alright this was my first experience with an online reseller so I'm just gonna lay my entire experience out and see how it goes

I found them through twitter. There was a number to text to check if they had the shoes I desired in

stock, so I texted them.. It was an iMessage and the person responded like an hour later. I asked if they had the Chicago 1's in either 8.5 or (preferably) 9, he said they ran out but he was getting a new shipment the next day. I was skeptical so I questioned him the whole day...

He said he would hook me up for $165 shipped PayPal gift, add 4% if invoiced. Not too bad... Paypal ID was (not a random name so seems legit)

He kept asking me if I wanted to get them. Kinda pushy if anything.. insisted "they won't be arond long"

The site has a few testimonials as well, although I figure those can easily be faked...

I asked for pics of the shoes, next to the box. He sent me multiple..

After more questioning, he said "I offer a guaranteed refund if wrong size is shipped. It doesn't happen. We are extremely thorough & all shipments are double checked. If you are too skeptical - I understand."

He also said he would send me the tracking info as soon as I ordered.

I was still hesitant so he told me he would hold a pair for me (told me he was receiving 3 shipments of size 8.5 via UPS that same day), and that I could pay him half that day and the other half the following day (80/80)

Finally, I asked him to send me a picture with a sticky note containing my phone number on them. He sent the picture shortly after. He also sent me a picture of his business card... After that, I was completely convinced, but I still passed on the shoes because I decided I didn't want them afterall.

He texted me the following day and said he had sold all the 1's in size 8.5...

So do you guys think this guy is legit? Pics in the next post...
