fake kick questions that have been on my mind forever

just a few questions i've had on my mind.

1)say a person has legit pics on their site/ebay and doesnt say anywhere fake, replica, variant etc. you cop and they send u fake kicks, is that illegal or can you press charges or anything?

2)how are the millions of sites out there gettin away wit sellin fake kicks?

nothing you can do about it. you know how many complaints of cases like these the internet police gotta deal with on a daily basis. next time buy from a reputable seller.

the best way to avoid fakes is check if they got a straight size 9.
you'll notice on all the fake kicks sites, they never manufacture size 9, only 8.5 and 9.5.

you should be straight then,

1. yes it is illegal and the seller can be prosecuted for fruad and sumthing else and u will get your money back

2. those millions of sites that sell fakes have a written statement in the policy of the website stating that they have no affiliation with nike or other company's of the products they sell etc. and they usually talk about the authenticity of there products saying varient replica etc. look out for fancy words that mean fake cause they try and mask the fact they selling bullsh*t

if they say legit and they post pics of legit sneakers and then they dump off some fakes then u can they can get to federal prison for mail fraud. niggaz think sh*t is sweet till they catch a fed charge over some sneakers try to get a job after that
