Copyright problems creating your own brand?

Im thinking bout establishing my own brand now..
the concept is aight (wont show it at the moment) and im gonna get my copyright for about 250$ (would be just germany)

but there would be another problem.. after paying for a special font i use for my logo and gettin my copyright, im wondering if there might be any problems if i use parts of other brands on my shirts or hoodies

ive seen a lot of different shirts etc with some cars on it... do these ppl actually ask the the company (daimler-chrysler, gmc etc) if they can use one of their cars on their shirts or just a part, or do they just put it on their clothes and no company gives a **** ?

i dont think if you have the companys name or logo on the car..it should matter..unless you do..but yeah see a lawyer.
