I wouldnt wear THAT one.. but i had some boat shoes last year. Theyre comfortable, go good with cargos.

If you are going to wear boat shoes, make sure you wear them without socks. Wearing boat shoes with socks is the ultimate fail.

Don't wear it with baggy clothes too.
