Ballin' on a Budget

Being on this forum I see how you guys create your own style and stand out with color coordination and exclusive gear. It seems though you guys have infinite budgets. How would you do this if you could only spend $30 on a shirt, jeans or accessories and $60 on shoes. It's just a hypothetical situation but I'm interested in what you guys can come up with.

Uhmmmm $30 for a shirt AND jeans...damn homie...that ain't sh*t really but
aight here I go

Hit up eastbay or footlocker or finishline and champs and get some kicks with the family friends discount probablly some New Balance 574's (40 - 45 dollars normally)but with the discount I might get and xtra 20% off (for arguements sake)

that leaves mearound like 16 to 28 dollars xtra right? (the math is just a guesstimate don't kill me if it's wrong!)
im a add that to my 30 beans leaving me 46 to 58 dollars for jeans and shirts and stuff

hit the swap meet or DTLR or whoever sells d*ckies and Army Pants and Plain Tee shirts

Army pants can go as low as 15 dollars a pair...Double Knee d*ckies can be copped 2 for 35 to 40 in swap meets and "G" shops

plain tees go in Footlokckers and champs like 5 for 20?

haha you ain't give me much to work with but that's the outfit i'd wear

hell yeah that aint my style but it look clean on some people just not me.

What I'm saying is the most you could spend on a shirt is $30. The most you can spend on jeans is $30 and the most you can spend on shoes is $60.

how about you dont spend $30 on
a single tee, and cop the 5 for $20
at any local sneaker spot. then, the
jeans, just cop at marshall's, some
no-name joints for like $20. that leaves
you with an extra $10-15 to spend
on a fresher pair of kicks/wait for the
2 for $80 and go with the new balances

just spend 20 on a tee and with that xtra 10 put towards the jeans
spend 40 on a pair of jeans (since generally jenas costs more than a tee)
and buy a pair of white on white uptowns. then ur set.

for the tee's and jeans i reccomend u hit up karmaloop.com since they're collect is fly as fu*k. the discounted sh*ts are within good price.
and also hit up denfacta for the rep code to get an xtra 20% off.

then u really are set to ball.

its possible to cop a tee for 10-16 range and jeans in the 20-30 range...leaving you with anywhere from 74 to 90 on kicks...you could cop some a nice tee off karmaloop thats regularly $20, use the 20% off code and get it for 16 or pickup a tee at a store with some kind of sale. As for jeans - go to marshalls or tjmaxx if ur on a budget - they get some decent brands every once in a while and they r cheap, and splurge on the kicks. you can get a real nice pair of forces, dunks, nb's, adidas - whatever for $90. (except for j's = / )

dont hate but goodwill got u on lock.

i got 3 polo (ralph lauren) with horse shirts for $10
i got 2 pairs of pants (polo) for $6 and some jeans (nautica)for $3

shoes is a no go tho. just buy some used fire sh*ts of ur local sneaker heads and u can have the stupid exclusive/hot gear for the low

to get goodwill deals like that u have to know which goodwill is near drycleaners. when no one picks up thier sh*t at the dry cleaner it goes to goodwill.....no matter how expensive it is. i copped $150 pair of linen polo pants for $3 cause some rich dude forgot his sh*t

Check it first got to hit the five for 20 t-shirt sale and catch the 2 for 89 sale at footlocker, then grab me some 20 dollar jeans. Like Vibes, PjMark you know the brands and its a wrap.

u jus gotta hit up the sales. i b gettin sum no name jeans for real cheap, n as long as they dont look crazy no one will notice that they real cheap sh*t. n get sum plain tees from here www.wholesaledirectusa.com. u can get like a dozen for $30; they legit iv copped from them many times. n hit up ebay for shoes.

$60 cash for some kicks...Dr.Jays be having them deals when for kicks under $60 sometimes you can get a good bargain. I've seen air force 180's for a low price of like 49.99 and different other kicks for less then 60 so you'll be aight if you check there. Finishline.com be having air max's too for like 59.99 and lower so check that out. As far as 30 cash for a shirt, i advise you to just get a dozen white tees and call it a day

I'll Drop The $30 On Some Fly Sweat Pants (might Not Be Name Brand But U Can Still Get Some Crazy Shyt, Play With The Colors). That Leaves Me With $60 For The Sneaks And $10 Left Over. I'd Drop That $70 On Some Air Forces And Be Good.

ballin on a budget is a no can do homie. 5 t shirt plus 30 dollar plain jeans and some forces is all i can come up on.

in the past to weeks for me? tour 4s 150$, cool grey 11s 345$ columbia 11s 350$! and trust me my pockets didn't even flinch when i copped these (not to brag)

im kinda on a budgt to...i usualy just use my white tees and rock on...lol
i get em 40 for 12...

and also i recently found sum no name shorts that r madd nice or 15$!!! i had to cop...but every once and a while ill hit up sum sales and cop sum crazy sh*t...but i gotta kno when they r so i can save for em.

its all about connections and lookin for deals and sales!!

I got money to spend on clothes, and I do spend alot but for what I spend, I get alot for the money..

case in point, I went to macys yesterday and got marc ecko cut and sew jeans (not ecko unltd) and a tee from him, normally, it would have cost around $135 but I paid $41 cus they had some random sh*t on sale..also I copped another pair of jeans from him at the beginin of the fall for $20 reg $75..
thats just one example, there are always sales goin on so just look out, especially friends and family sales at footlocker, cop some adidas for half off and keep em clean..

But dotn expect to have a meann shoe game wit little dough, its not possible, except if your robbin ppl lol

on some real sh*t homie wait until december to cop clothes and focus on next spring/summer. just chalk this one up. why december? sales like a motherfu*ker!
