 Your grocery list
topic by Braz - 12-12-2012, 03:06 PM

Just wanna see what some of the other gym-going members put into their bodies on a daily basis (no homo > Your grocery list - Photo posted in The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition | Sign in and leave a comment below!) you are what you eat. I typically buy the same sh-t every week but was looking for some new ideas. Always looking for sh-t high in protein/low in sugar and simple carbs. Here's what I get every week

Bananas
Avocados
Sweet potatoes
Chobani Greek yogurt
Cottage cheese
Kale/spinach
Skim milk/almond milk
Brown rice
Black beans
2 dozen eggs
Whole wheat pasta
Chicken brea$ts
Oatmeal
Beef filets
Honey
Olive oil
Tuna
Smoked salmon
Peanut/almond butter
Broccoli
Quinoa
Spring water
Almonds

I get the same sh*t, except egg whites instead of whole eggs, beef jerky instead of beef filets, and bagels instead of pasta.

I split an avocado, put green tabasco on it and eat it with a toasted bagel ( like spread it on there), and a small green salad on the side with a glass of green tea for breakfast.. sh*t is awesome.

eh they might at trader joes. I've never been to a Giant before tho.

Last weekend I made stuffed peppers with spicy turkey sausage. Emptied it out of the casings. Browned it in a skillet with chopped up onion and colorful bell peppers. Hollow out large green peppers. Put the mixture in, layer with shredded cheese. Then top it off with shredded cheese. Cover with tin foil and cook for about 30min. Then take the top off and cook another 15-20. Super healthy and the taste is amazing.
