Just wanna see what some of the other gym-going members put into their bodies on a daily basis (no homo > Your grocery list - Photo posted in The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition | Sign in and leave a comment below!) you are what you eat. I typically buy the same !! every week but was looking for some new ideas. Always looking for !! high in protein/low in sugar and simple carbs. Here's what I get every week

Bananas
Avocados
Sweet potatoes
Chobani Greek yogurt
Cottage cheese
Kale/spinach
Skim milk/almond milk
Brown rice
Black beans
2 dozen eggs
Whole wheat pasta
Chicken [..]s
Oatmeal
Beef filets
Honey
Olive oil

Smoked salmon

I get the same !!, except egg whites instead of whole eggs, beef jerky instead of beef filets, and bagels instead of pasta. [pic]

I split an avocado, put green tabasco on it and eat it with a toasted bagel ( like spread it on there), and a small green salad on the side with a glass of green tea for breakfast.. !! is awesome.

Yea I drink 2 cups of green tea a day, one in the AM and one in the afternoon [pic]

!! is refreshing

haven't ate chicken for a minute now. love that beef and pork.

Chicken [..]s, tilapia, trout, salmon, venison (not from store but i have a supplier [pic])....I usually keep some wings and ribeyes in the freezer also for my saturday splurges

Veggies/Fruit
broccoli
baby carrots
baby leaf spinach (go thru a box in like a week [pic])
aspargus
peppers
mushrooms
Avacados (i destroy avacados [pic])
bananas
blueberries


Misc
humus
olive oil
2-3 dozen eggs. I eat alot of egg white omelets (spinach, mushrooms minced garlic, and some romano cheese>>>>>)
Triscuits
greek yogurt
Charcoal ( i grill something every week)


thats usually about it. I dont buy a lot of snack foods bc they have all types of nuts, bars, etc etc where i work. never really been big on sweets either

December been a rough month for me...I've gained over 5 pounds just eating tons of delicious food...going to get healthy after the holidays I swear [pic]

bulking season [pic] on that seafood diet.....I see food and I eat it [pic]

!!in love kale....I use it in shakes, bake them in olive oil to make kale chips, or sautee it in olive oil and garlic with some pepper and balsamic vinegar. !! is crack [pic]

I make kale shakes occasionally and I also make some dank[..] protein shakes...I made some other thread a few weeks back, check it out

tomatoes (cherry and beefsteak; heirloom if possible)

Onion
Beans
Red, Yellow, Green bell peppers
Spaghetti Squash (just picked this up for the first time and it turned out b0mb)
random salad mixes

Fruits:

Usually whatever is in season.

Pears
Apples
Bananas
Kiwi
Grapes
pomegranate
strawberries
blackberries
blueberries
raspberries

Dairy:

2% Milk
Yogurt
Mozzarella cheese
Cream Cheese
Shredded mixed cheese

Drinks:

Hot Tea
2-3 different kinds of juice (usually try to mix it up)
Izzy's

Carbs:

Whole Wheat tortillas
bunch of different pastas (some white some whole wheat)
bagels
english muffins
toast

I try to eat clean, little saturated fats, but I don't need to loose weight and usually maintain about a 3,500 - 4,000 cal / day diet.

yea much leaner than ground beef. It's good for making burgers, chili, taco salads, etc. Costco got the hook up on it too.

[pic] might have to try that...I used to fux with ground turkey but got sick of it after a while

I doubt they have buffalo at Giant or Trader Joe's though

eh they might at trader joes. I've never been to a Giant before tho.

Last weekend I made stuffed peppers with spicy turkey sausage. Emptied it out of the casings. Browned it in a skillet with chopped up onion and colorful bell peppers. Hollow out large green peppers. Put the mixture in, layer with shredded cheese. Then top it off with shredded cheese. Cover with tin foil and cook for about 30min. Then take the top off and cook another 15-20. Super healthy and the taste is amazing.

I'll check that out...used to make stuffed bell peppers with ground turkey back in the day
