 wireless headphones for the gym
topic by JFamis - 11-22-2012, 01:00 PM

I'm gonna ask for some wireless headphones for the gym for Christmas, and I was wondering if anyone on BX has a pair they recommend...

The ones I'm looking at...

JayBird Freedom Bluetooth Earbud Headphones JF3MB - Best Buy

Plantronics - BackBeat Go Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Earbuds - 86800-01

The reviews of both got me going... > wireless headphones for the gym - Photo posted in The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition | Sign in and leave a comment below!

This is what im trying to find too, but i cant do those earbud ones, they always fall out no matter what tips i picks so im trying to find some behind the neck type

I was looking at a couple of the motorola ones, like the S-10 but everyone says the sound quality is trash, and the s305 but all the reviews ive read for that say it breaks really easy from sweat and not meant to be used at the gym/running

One of my boys just got the wireless Beats and likes em. I was thinking of giving those a try because the other ones I've used in the past were uncomfortable or the sound quality was trash. I'd stay away from the motorolas, the reviews were correct.

I have the Jaybirds...they're nice, good sound quality and stay in for the most part...downside is the wire is not very long, so sharp turns with your head can sometimes rip them out...also a little more bulky than i thought, it's kinda like wearing a bluetooth in each ear...signal on them is alright

They are not wireless but I recomment yurbuds ironman series. They have a lifetime guarantee. I had a pair of regular earbuds, but they didn't last to long due to sweat. The ones I recommend will not fall out and are sweat proof. You should be able to find them at any Best Buy.

I recommend bluetooth wireless headphones to anyone. I run on the tread mill, use the sauna for 15 minutes, and workout 3 days a week and have no problem with these.

These have the best sound quality, comfortable, not to bulky and lasted me for 2 years. After the 1st year the mic stopped working but I could still use them to listen to music.

I just purchased these last month and they have been good so far. The sound quality is good and there a little more bulky than the rocketfish.

Jaybird Freedoms X 10000 they are awesome. Cannot go wrong with them. I use them daily. They are decent all around and not crazy expensive imo
