| By 37thchamber - 04-04-2005, 03:12 PM - Boxden > The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition ok when ever i do these ![]() or something like that i go up and either my left arm or my right just above my elbow cracks (or sorta pops) and after a while it starts to hurt and gets really annoying, my friends have all said they have had the same problem alot before, does any1 know what it is or how to make it stop? |

| its alright if it doesnt hurt..alot of people have the same problem so you have nothign to worrry about..maybe u should take some glucasime to help fluid the joints, but if it do hurt get that ish checked out cause it may be bad 4 you | |

| omg i have that but ive had mine 4 tha past 2 years or so, they crack when i do anything lol but i dont let that stop me, im beninching 120kg at 16 years old chea! | |

| take sum cod liver oil capsules clear it up in a week costys bout £3 for a weeks worth just take 2 capsules 3 times a day and they'll stop cracking u also get that cracking ish in your knees sumtimes | |

| not saying weight is too heavy but try lighter weights that what i have to do sometimes with my shoulder even though i can handle it muscularwise my bones !! up | |

| that snapping is your tendons doing. But has harval mentioned above, make sure you stretch good before hand. So many people neglect stretching before hand. Also, stretching inbetween sets like right after a set, is said to stretch your muscle fascia, which in turn gives your muscle cells reason to grow. More rumor and speculation than hard science I think but it wouldnt hurt to try!! | |

| my stretching routine is alright, useally just like 5 mins of it! i know i should stretch alot more but i useally dont!! damn i need to get back in the gym, i have been out for 2 months now and the lazyness has kicked in hardcore! | |

| hell all my joints crack nicca... i been workin out for a while...they cracked b4 and they crack now but not as often...i just think the excess strain in ur joints be addin air bubbles and when ur muscles tighten around the joints during exercise the air bubbles just pop...dont ask me how i know this i just do...just a theory i have | |
