White Wheat?

My mom just bought some "White Wheat" bread the other day and I've always tried to eat whole grain/wheat bread but theres obviously a taste different that isn't so good on certain sandwiches.

This Natures Own White Wheat tastes, feels, and looks exactly like white bread. Is it really as healthy as traditional wheat breads or is it not really any better than white breads?

check if its made WITH whole grains or not. Sometimes it is, in which case the bread is basically whole wheat bread dyed white lol. If its not actually made with whole grains I don't think its a good substitute

Can you post up the ingredients / nutrition profile.

Also, like snappy said, alot of breads are processed to look like whole wheat or look like white breads. You want to look for the whole grains.

But post up the info on the bread and it will be easier to tell you.
