8am breakfast

10am brunch

12pm lunch

2pm snack

4pm snack

6pm dinner

don't eat after 8:30pm, but eat a light snack after dinner I usually take some fruit, oats, and greek yogurt and a spoon full of cottage cheese and some honey mix it together like a healthy parfait full of protien. Even though your trying to lose weight that type of protien is GOOD for you, but I don't think I need to explain that. Good luck on your fitness goals of 2013.

A pretty routine day for me diet-wise:

7:30 am - Oatmeal w/ blueberries/blackberries & scrambled egg whites

10:30 am - Plain Greek Yogurt & banana, cup of green tea

1pm - Grilled chicken brea$t w/ brown rice/quinoa, avocado & spinach

4pm - Few handfuls of almonds, cup of green tea

7:30 pm (post workout) - protein bar/shake

8:30pm - Broiled codfish w/ brown rice/quinoa and broccoli

10pm (bedtime snack) - bowl of cottage cheese or few tablespoons of organic unsalted PB

Drink at least a gallon of water a day and go balls out in the gym

This is what I've been doing (for the most part) since January, kind of similar to braz. No more fried foods, junk food, etc. and I've been feeling pretty good since I started.

8:00 am - 2 eggs 2 egg whites, scrambled with one serving of spinach. 60 g (3/4th cup) of oatmeal w/ almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg OR two slices of Ezekiel bread if I'm feeling lazy

gym 10:00 - 11:30 or so

12:00 pm - Post workout smoothie: 12 oz almond milk, one banana, one serving frozen fruit (either strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries, etc.), two tbsp peanut/almond butter, one scoop unflavored protein, 6 g flaxseed

2:00 pm - chicken/salmon/cod/tilapia/mahi-mahi, brown rice/sweet potato/quinoa, one serving veggies of some sort

4:00ishpm - apple (sometimes a Clif Bar as well)

6:00 or 7:00ish - a different variation of the 2:00 pm meal

Late night snack of choice - serving of Chobani greek yogurt mixed with a serving of frozen cherries

Okay so since I work 3rd shift 11pm-730. I usually go to sleep when I get home around 8 should I do workout then sleep or sleep and than workout???? So many questions not enough answers..!!

That's really up to you man. Whenever you feel you want to exercise. You probably have more energy after getting your sleep, so you can push yourself harder, vs. coming home after being up for 16 hours and worked half of that then trying to go work out.

You might have the potential to short change some workouts working out after being up that long and going to work. I would personally go with after waking up, but it's what will work with your schedule the best.

Have the biggest c0ck you can have every 4-8 minutes. Thats what I did, but my gag reflex is weak so I throw up easy.

Try it out for a week or two if it doesnt work
