| By Razer - 07-19-2012, 10:39 AM - Boxden > The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition Currently I am doing the KrisGethin work out to better myself, I am eating the right diet. Atm I feel like !! I already threw up after my work out. Now to be honest with you I am not really a very fit person. The last time I actually saw my 6 packs was 4 years ago ever since then I have let myself go. My question is how come my arm is so stiff and it froze on me in the middle of the workout . I did the whole stretching routine before the work out. Took some creatine and drank some coffee ate the proper breakfast. I am exhausted |

| You have no muscle endurance... Lower your weight, do more reps... Build up your endurance... You'll be good | |

| Maybe your just sick.....if your throwing up after a workout thats not normal. Pushing yourself is one thing but if you didnt really push yourself that hard then you should not be throwing up after a workout. | |

| baby steps my nicca you cant expect to just go hard like that especially on a long hiatus if you feel sore the day after, that means you're making progress. one day at a time. getting into shape is a journey, !! don't happen overnight | |

| that happens to me when I'm off a workout and get back to it... I'm overmotivated... Thats not beneficial. lifting too much, running too fast... not good | |
