cause i have surgery coming up on knee and can only do arms...
help plz.

Doesn't matter...lift weights just as heavy as you normally do, and cut down on your calories but keep your protein up. That's what gets you cut, not the workouts you do (for the most part).

can't do elliptical i have f**ked up knee...i can't do any legs workouts...
any arms exercises that will help get cuts?? what are most effective ones..

can you use a rowing machine? exercise bike? boxing for fitness?

if you can do boxing like boxercise, timed rounds on the bag and doing different exercises, that burns a lot of calories

haha nah it ain't an excuse...
i just got MRI on wedsneday and the results will come monday or tuesday...i will have surgery then but I was just wondering for upper body exercises and stuff

im just going to tell you what i did and i loss about 50 pounds using weights...


when you lift, bench, legs, back... whatever if you do 3 or 4 sets, take only 30 seconds between each set. it sounds easy but trust me its really not. its like HIIT/interval training but with weights.

just what i used and it worked like a charm

Cardio, I started this summer at 12% and played tennis for 3 months, Im down to 9.3%. Now imagine if I trained properly instead of just going out there playing 3-4 days a week...would have been a lot better.

i can't do cardio...i have torn meniscus and need surgery... i need something for upper body in the weight room

you can't spot reduce fat. if you wanna see cuts in your arm, build muscle there while staying in a caloric deficit. go to exrx.net and look for some arm exercises.
