| GIVE PROPS QUICK MSG a d ![]() $412 | Rep: 5350422 | im just going to tell you what i did and i loss about 50 pounds using weights... when you lift, bench, legs, back... whatever if you do 3 or 4 sets, take only 30 seconds between each set. it sounds easy but trust me its really not. its like HIIT/interval training but with weights. just what i used and it worked like a charm |
