What is causing this "fullness" lately ...
By Ms_Krizzi_86 - 07-22-2012, 07:41 PM - Boxden > The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition

I work out 5 days a week and my food intake is fair, as far as good versus bad.

Anyway, I see myself getting toned and feeling good 'cause really I just want to maintain a certain weight and just be firm and fit.

My stomach is not that big/fat (to me) but it has went down (at least I can tell). Like my stomach is half-staff (still a pug though towards the bottom) [pic] ...Anyway, Lately...I can't seem to understand why I am feeling full quick and can't barely finish my food. When I say lately, I mean weeks before today.

So, the question is - is it because the crunches I do for stomach that is pushing my stomach down, so when I do eat it makes me full?

Maybe it's just me [pic]

Crunches have nothing to do with it.

Do you experience heartburn as well? It might be something intestinal. If its bothering you make a doctors appointment.

Has it been hot outside where you live? Heat sometimes makes you not wanna eat a whole lot. Could be stress as well.

dont think any "BX Experts" can answer this

being full ain't a problem unless your trying to bulk or ma#s gain in which case buy a sick blender and drink down them carbs fats proteins with ease

I've found that making shakes like this actually taste and drink better hours after being in the refrig especially when you add 1 to 1/2 table spoon of udo's oil makes em shrink and mix so got damn easy

try it out.

maybe you're retaining water because you're not drinking enough.

Nope. I don't think it is serious...at least I get no other symptoms [pic]. I really started to notice it in when I started doing the 5 day a week work out as appose to the 2-3 day work out I did the past year....Once I started doing the 5 day a week workout especially trying to get my stomach down....I just get full quick....like not eating heavy meals like I use to...you know like 10 hot wings and fries type stuff, I seem to can't do that anymore [pic] ....sometimes when I do get wings...I would eat 5 and get a small salad and that would satisfy me...Plus, I haven't ate french fries in a minute being that a buddy of mines suggested for the "slim" stomach-he told me to stay away from potato chips, fries etc

It's feels as if stomach senses a heavy meal coming and it makes me stop....[pic]

I am not stressed...I know that as fact. However, Atlanta has been having 90-106 degrees weeks prior and up until now...but some summer rain/thunderstorms slides in to but it has been hot.

Have you been eating less in the past couple of weeks? Maybe your body has adjusted to the amount of calories you take in? I went through the same thing where I was depressed and didn't feel like eating, would go everyday with only eating 2 meals and they weren't even big. Sometimes only taking in 800-1200 calories a day and I felt full. I credit this to my body getting use to it. It could also be you're eating cleaner? Maybe you're eating more fiber (veggies, whole grain breads like whole wheat) so because it takes longer to digest you're feeling full without eating as much. I always throw some broccoli in my breakfast burritos in the mornings and it makes a big difference in keeping my stomach full for much longer.

Yeah I eat certain things in moderation. I make sure to get plenty of water in and staying focus and I seem better.

Whenever I post something and you are posting or replying you always want to bring up my se#uality. I mean what is the purpose of bringing up something each time as if I will change my mind about it. It is getting old now.
