Okay I'm lackin in the abs department and trying to get a 6 pack. I do the bicycle crunches and been doing that I wanna say since late October. I don't see any abs showing like talkin about it, but one major result I noticed is that my belly is flattening down majorly. I didn't have a alcoholic beer belly, or pregnant gucci mane type belly, but it was a gut. My stomach is flat and I'm just trying to continue with the bicycle crunches since it seems to be workin and it's alot more comfortable.


Sit ups is kind of hard for me to do cause it strains my back so I rely on crunches the most. The bicycle or air bike if you wanna call it. But I'm just lookin for advice because I am a very open minded person and don't mind mixin up different ab exercises to try and get some abs to reveal.

So holla back on what you guys got.

Eat better and your abs will look good w little to no work.

I don't do sh*t for my abs but stabilizing exercises for other areas that hits them secondary but I look like I do a ton of crunches.

yeah watching what you eat isn't going to give you cut up abs. Working out is what gives you cut up abs, but proper diet is what keeps the fat off your stomach so that your muscles are visible.

Planks & side planks are the greatest ab exercises bar none.

I'm not sure about the "definition" part, but for back pain, and just building overall core strength, it's planks.

Front squats, good mornings, deadlifts, farmers walk, military press and hanging leg raises.

Never done more than one plank in my life and haven't done sit ups since I was a pre-teen and my core strength is probably my strongest part.
