the endurance you have to have to train like top professional boxers is CRAZY.

That's about what my workout used to look like...a little different.....

3 minute rounds, 30 second rests

Id stretch, jumping jacks, toe touches for 3 rounds
Shadow box about 5 rounds
Hit the pads 7 rounds
Hit the bags 8-10 rounds
Speed bag 3 rounds
Double end bag 3 rounds
Skip rope 3-5 rounds
Exercise (forget but was 300-500 different types of crunches)


Sometimes a little more in some areas sometimes a little less (was a 2 hour workout) but that was a typical day
