the guy in the vid is a fitness beast, im subscribed to his channel on youtube. He be doing all sorts of super intense routines at times.

or maybe they just do mad calisthenics, consistently. it's not that hard if you keep doing it. you don't have to had gone to prison to do stuff like this. first dude looks like his in the army or something. second dude definitely don't look like no prison kid. prolly do martial arts or something.

yeah, just did......!! is hard as a mother !!er.....got half way up and stopped cuz my toes wasn't gonna make it to my hands and back to the floor in the time that my upper body got off the floor and back....toe stub is not happening.....
