Just when people spit in the water fountain.

All the other !! you could work in, or ask how much they got left.

If you do get one of those circuit dudes I always give em time but if they take forever I just go ahead and use the machine, they don't own it and they can wait like I was.

i fukking hate when a dude or chick is on a machine....does 1 set and then sits on the machine for like 15 minutes just looking around like they're scouting for dates or whatever the fukk their doing


if you wanna fukk around go upstairs where the treadmills are and waste time their not where the fukkin weights are

another thing i hate, not sure why...bench opress your weight man, seen this kid put 2 caddys on both sides and that !! sank like a boat with more holes then swizz cheese, i sat their for like 5 seconds thinking should i help him out smh

i walked in the gym today and their was a dude with a fitted cap on and shades...fukkin shades...i already hate when guys are wearing hats, never understood that but shades?? really??? but thats more of a pet peeve

and re-rack the fukking weights man, i know theres people who get paid to re-rack that !! but c'mon, dont take it overboard, sometimes theres like 10 dumbells on the floor from 1 person and that!!sucker just walks away like a fukkin douchebag

alot of bodybuilders do 4 or 5 sets with 15-20 reps......!!, Kai greene does it and dude is brolic, some muscles need volume more then weight like your arms [pic]

- People who don't use the wipes in the dispenser to clean off the bench or equipment when they are done
- People who stare at you like its going to make you finish your sets faster so they can use that bench/machine/weight
- Fat !!es in yoga pants
- The extremely old guys who are way to open with their bodies in the locker room, !! is beyond d|sgusting.
- Heavy grunters and loud weight droppers
- That one guy who never passes the basketball and says everything is a foul in pickup games.
- People who dont wear sandles in the locker room/shower area. Going barefoot is d|sgusting.

i dont know...all i know is he said sometimes its better to use less weights and do higher volume of reps and im gonna be doing his arm routine tomorrow :dancingcool:

I have been bodybuilding for the 6 years and i USED to let that !! !! bother me and not say anything to the people doing it....now i do that same !! !! that you all hate and guess what PEOPLE DON'T SAY !! TO ME!!!!...its a cycle...just get in there and get out stop !!in

you guys are whining about some senseless !!..

the only thing that bugs me is people who "circuit" train running around the damn gym using the bench and rack and taking 10 minute breaks in between each circuit. i hate spending more than 50 minutes in the gym especially if a huge part of the time i spend consists of waiting around for a station.
