I got some chicken legs these days theyve gotten really thin over the year are theyre any exercises which will thicken out my legs all over and what can I eat to help?

The best exercise to thicken your legs and give you strength overall are Squats. You can do leg curls and extensions but Squats are the kings of legs if not the king of all strength exercises.

yep, squat like a mutha####a. make sure ur technque is good and you should see improvements.

Since it sounds like youve never done squats before, you should use the machine squats at your gym to help guide you and get your form right. Do that for a few weeks then move on to free weight squats, cuz its easy to hurt yourself doing squats if your form aint correct.

Leg presses do nothing for your free weight squat... All they do is lock your joints in fixed positions and make you believe you are stronger than you really are... Start wit light weight squats and focus on form, then increase weight as your technique gets better... Just don't advance too fast...

why not just go light and have a trainer or friend critique form? Much more beneficial IMO
