Before W/O: IntraPro
After W/O: Ultra Met by Champion Nutrition. I put some "Peanut Wonder" (extremely low-fat PB) in it, add 1/2 or 1 banana, add some ice and blend it pretty good. Thick like a milkshake. Tastes pretty great too.

You're so misinformed, man.

The least of your worries should be supplements as they will provide little to no benefit. You should focus on your eating habits. Find out what your maintenance level is and eat about 500 calories below that. Doesn't matter how often you eat, just make sure you get the amount of calories that you require in your system. Up your protein intake a bit, as a few studies suggest that it becomes more important during a cut due to the fact that it helps retain lean body mass.

Other than that, all that's left to do is train hard.

Yeah man... Supplements? Don't get me wrong... I'll cycle on a preworkout... And maybe some creatine (outside of a multi)... lol Get that diet right... and you'll be cutting right [pic]

co-sign everything but i will add make sure your taking in enough protein to maintain most of the muscle you have while on a cut [pic]
