Stretch Marks??
I don't know if theres a thread on this but does anyone know any other efficent ways for stretch marks than coco butter, my story is when i was in middle school i was heavy like 200 at 5"9 but when i got into highschool and played lb and tight end i lost weight and got way stronger and grew taller to my current 6"0 195lb*cut alot of fat about like 23% from around 55%) but i'm stuck with stretch marks on my chest and arms from weight loss and muscle gain so any help will be appreciated also im thinking bout checkin out a doctor maybe

There are all types of creams and whatnot but I mean I doubt they really do a whole lot.

sorry to break it to you

creams dont work and lasers dont work either

stretch marks happen when there is a tear in the deep layers of the skin. trying to treat it from the surface would be like trying to clean a window thats dirty on the OTHER side. its just impossible. creams are a total scam and lasers dont do much either

your best bet is to wait a few years for stem cell research to become more advanced. by then there will be skin regeneration techniques

I feel your pain man. I have them on my chest and arms as well and have probably spent a good $100 on different things that were suggested but it was a waste of money. I've since tattooed over most of them now but they are still a pain in the ass.

I just deal with them, some of them will fade over time.

The ones on my chest have faded so they aren't real noticable but th ones on my delts are much more visible.

Brother... that cocoa butter s**t really works BEFORE any sign of visible stretch marks... when my girl had the baby, she was applying that cocoa butter like it was butter and that s**t was butter... no stretch marks on her belly... what so ever...

It doesn't work in retrospect though...

I look at em like tiger stripes though... that's what I tell myself...

there is no known truly effective way of getting them to disappear fully....

I have heard some good stories about Cocoa Butter and Bio Oil over the years, but only in terms of fading stretch marks....

just live with em' man....not really a big deal.....just a sign of either rapid growth or decrease on a certain area of ya body.....if your feeling self conscious just try not worrying about em' so much.....eventually you won't care and they'll fade normally...
