What's a good number of situps/crunches to do in a day and how many days do you need to do them out the week? Also i walk there miles 3 to 5 days a week n i jog 3 days out the week.

3 to 4 sets until it starts hurting. twice a week. With that said, if you're doing it to get a six pack you have to be at a certain body fat % to see your abs so regardless of how much or how many you do you still won't see your abs until then.

zero. spend your time doing planks, side planks, pallof presses, chops/lifts, ball roll-outs, stir the pot etc.

If you want ab's bro. This is a very complicated task. It involves doing it 4 to 5 times a day. Not hard routine but very good quality routine. It's..................

As you said, abs are made in the kitchen(and with a bit of help from mother nature). So it's not alarming that you wouldn't know what any of them are even though you have an 8-pack, as the exercises one does has next to nothing to do with what your abs will develop like.

My answer was based on performance and injury prevention. A simple google search will reveal them all, at which point most people find out just how weak their ab's are despite the 1000's of crunches and sit-ups they have done.

like dude said if you want abs you need to eat healthy and lean out...do madd cardio. Planks, weighted crunches and hitting the ab roller will get you shredded I promise u

you're goinng to have to do atleast 500 reps of ab exercises 4x a week and eat healthy to get chiseled. Eating healthy doesn't mean shyt if your ab muscles aren't developed

sucks my genetics dont allow me to have a 8 pack...only have a 6. Im blessed though.
