| ok, i just finished my 2nd day of it. I was soaking wet with sweat. pause but yea, i recommend having towels handy bc the floor got a bit slippery at times when i was doing it. also move at ur own speed so u dont burn yourself out to ensure u finish the routine.Thats what i did when it got mad hard. ima let u guys know how tmrw goes. | |

i created a work out schedule 3 days/week on myfit app and ordered some anavite multi vite's w\ controlled labs omega 3's. basketball on sundays and the gym for 6 months now and everything is bigger/defined including the top half of my abs but getting the lower half of ur abs really needs the right diet, which is hard to get right for a person who hates a lot of the greens out there | ||

| ok, so i woke up this morning and my back was mad sore, i mean like bad. i never felt this type of pain/soreness in my back, so i didnt do it today. Damn, i did my first day on mon, 2nd on tuesday, 3rd day too much pain, smh Anyone else notice any back pain????? | |

im 6 ft and 250 pounds, tried insanity 3 times, 1st time i did up to like 3 days and i was[pic], next time i went two weeks but stopped cuz i went on some trips. im on my 3rd try and im on my third week, ive stayed somewhat the same weight but my thighs are definitely stronger and tighter and i can last thru the workout more than when i first started[pic] | ||

| Yeah I didn't get back pain at all, it was just my knees and shins, I could hardly walk the first couple weeks [pic] after that I was good though | |

| to begin with, my legs were already very strong, so i adapted easy to the exercises in the video and i never felt any soreness in my legs...........just my !!ing back | |
