i'm on my third week and man my thighs feel like they've been over worked. I feel like I'm doing str8 leg exercises, but n e way 6 pack is becoming more defined we'll see after this month is up how far I've come.

Im finally going to start my last month I been doing it it for 5 weeks only lost 12 lbs but the reason why is that im working out one body part a day before i do insanity so im gaining muscle and losing fat. I can see alot of improvements my lost handles drop 50% and my core is coming along. I peek into my first max training session OMG from 40 minutes to 1 hour so in a month im going to have the body i always wanted. People this program is worth it. If u want a flat stomach DIG IN. I suggest do it with someone it will give you a extra boost. Sometimes i feel like stopping but i just blast my ipod and do it...

Yeah don't get discouraged if you can't keep up initially. Especially with that chick Tonya. But yeah, I push myself a little too hard sometimes after a long day and that #### k!lls me. Don't eat too soon before doing it either, that really is not a good idea.

I've been doing insanity on and off for a few weeks now. After I finished day 1, my body was so sore that I couldn't walk down stairs for the next 72 hours or so. I went back to do day 2 after 4 days of sore/pain. After day2, I got so sore again that I had to rest for 2 days.

Then I do all the workout everyday until day 9 or so and then I injured my left calf. Somehow, the jumping in the workout are a bit intense to my calf? It was so painful that I had to rest for another 2-3 days. Even without achieving 100% fitness, I went back to working out anyway.

I rested again last weekend because of another injury on my right ankle. It was sprained 2 years ago and it never healed properly I guess. And the jumping are putting a lot of stress on the ankle, I guess.

Anyway, I just finished day 19. It still feels like day1 where I sweat like crazy. I'll continue to push through this even though I haven't seen much result yet. I did not lose any weight. Instead, I gained about 5 pounds from doing insanity and eating 4 times a day (breakfast, lunch, snack before workout, dinner).

My regular diet consist of 2 ounce of white rice,2 scoops of protein shake (1 morning, 1 after workout), 1 bottle of gatorade (during workout), 2 slices of bread, 3 slices of lean chicken tenderloin/bre@st meat, some soy, cashew , etc nuts and 1-2 eggs. Once in a week, I will eat something less healthy, like chinese takeout.

My friend says that the weight gain is possibly from the gaining of the muscle mass but I'm not too sure about it. I'm thinking maybe that 1 day of "cheat" day made it that way. Should I just cut that out completely too?

My stamina DOES increase and my quad and hamstring definitely feel tighter and fuller (as opposed to flabby) but I am just puzzled to see the weight gain. Everyone in this thread seems to have lost weight after a week or two but somehow my body moves at opposite direction !!!

I completed 2 rounds. #### is the truth. I was at 270+ when I started. Now I'm at 220.
I always thought that getting down to 225 would be ideal... NOPE. I honestly need to be down to about 205-210.

I still do workouts from time to time, but 60 days is a beast!
