Unless you're in great shape already, I wouldn't. Month 2 is quite tough. Better to go in with your body fully rested. The recovery week is still a decent workout anyways. I was already in good shape before I started, and it was recommended (by a friend who already completed the program) that I do the recovery week, regardless.

tried the fit test 2 days agp...couldnt get past the 3rd exercise...thought i was going to die...couldnt catch my breath and my heart felt like it was going to pump through my chest....2 days later my calves feel like they got knots in them. As soon as my legs feel better, I will try the fit test again, and not start the program until I can complete the fit test, start-finish.

180 lb 5'8

I completed P90x 1.5 years ago, but cardio has always been my problem.

I'm in okay shape. I still lift 3 times a week though full body exercises. I just use the insanity as a supplement type exercise. I think imma skip that week though. I want results as fast as possible lol

Today was supposed to be my day off

But I gotta do the Max Interval Plyo to make up for it

After making up this missed workout I vow never to miss anymore

Same. Didn't need to lose weight, but Ive cut up a lot, and my muscle endurance has gotten a lot better.

got into insanity & some other work-outs and i have to say its pretty fun. I didn't really get into it for the sake of weight loss or toning tho, i just need to increase my stamina. and it seems to be doing the trick :D

I've been sick this whole weekend so I missed days 47 and 48. I'm about to do both them hos right now to make up for it

This sh*t is about to hurt son

Starting tomorrow I have two weeks left, I'm already preparing myself mentally to do another two months. This time i'm only going to do the "Max Interval" videos aka the hard ones from month two. Wish me luck
