does anybody skip days here? not for lazy reasons, but because I'm working muscles that haven't been worked in YEARS. All my lower body has been burning after the fitness test. Then I did day 1 the next day and it was even more sore so I skipped yesterday. I'm honestly still a slittle sore but I feel like I'm not getting the best results skipping days. the calendar only suggests one rest day a week, which I'm sure is attainable LATER in the program, once I actually get back in shape.
but i want to do it everyday so it becomes a routine so I don't end up giving up. but for now, I need a few skip days to let these muscles I never work rest.
anybody else experiencing this?
