i started working out about a month and a half ago running and swimming, i'm only on my 2nd week of insanity. i changed my diet drastically (used to eat junk food ALOT) and i went from 225 to currently 187 :wow:
thats hype dawg! Im like that too, I weighed in last sunday at 216lbs at all I ate was junk food, I stopped, eating healthy low cal s**t and its been less than a week and Im about 210lbs now with doing minor workouts...
Im planning on starting officially on monday, but I just pulled my back like 20 min ago trying to workout (
) and I moving next week so its gonna be hectic to keep up...
