ive been bull sh*tting so bad with this. I only do pure cardio and Plyo circuit. I can do those pretty well with no breaks for the most part. I just get bored with some of the other workouts. the actual movements. but i'm gonna take this more seriously and and do the full thing starting tomorrow. how's asylum for those that have moved on from insanity?
^^asylum imo is GREAT if you play some sort of sports on a regular or just tryna get your overall speed, quickness agilty levels up
doing asylum for weight loss......nah you wont lose as much as you would from doing insanity in all honesty.
it all depends on what your trying to achieve
