Yea man thats good those ppl are in shape so u shouldnt expect to be able to hang with them YET but give it a few weeks youll be keeping up better and better the 1st couple of weeks are the hardest because your body is adapting so dnt give up ....... keep up da hard work & i guarantee you will see and feel results

me too. i got the whole thing with the calendar and food list. i'm gonna print out the big calendar for a few bucks at office depot. this better work lol. i did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit video, man i was hurting lol. about a month ago i stopped drinking anything but water and cut out EVERY junk food/fast food and started running everyday for atleast 2 miles and i already dropped 30 lbs.

yeah man, i think i downloaded the same one u did ahhaah. i got the calendar and the nutrition guide plus the "insane abs" dvd too... the deluxe edition or w/e.

and yeah i stopped eating all fast food and junk food.. and all ive been drinking is water and green tea

yeah that's what i was thinking too.. i still sweat like a !! and im dying for air haahah. also since i just started my legs are k!lling me.. im talking like thighs and calves and its hard as !! to walk down the stairs hahaha

craziest workout i have ever done and that's including varsity track. The exercises aren't very difficult, it's the speed and intensity in which you do them. There are really no breaks. It took me 2 days to do the fit test without pausing. but i think the results will be well worth it.

good looks dude. Im going to keep updating this thread with my results and pics lol..i noticed that the nutrition your suppose to eat 5 meals a day. Each 300 calories. So i have the plan that out. I think they said you can add on 200 calories to the meals

yea i saw that too, but !! following that !! lol.. im just tryna cut down on fast food and all that !! but its too hard to do what they tell u too

for everyone, i recommend doing p90x after insanity. that builds on more of the muscle.

Its crazyness... My knee locked up on me on day 2 after the fit test.. lmao #fail.. I guess I will have to try again tomorrow. Anybody following the food guide?

finally did the fit test and jesus christ Wat the !!!!! i was dying for air! I could not keep up with those dudes!!!! was crazy! i feel good though! I was sweating like shhhhhhit. There were point i had to just stop during work outs and catch my breath it was so hard. Wow!

yeah word... u won't be able to keep up like they do, so just chill catch ya breath and keep going..

i mean i don't understand the hype i mean if you want to lose weight then run and swim a lot and you will lose weight. i mean !! i lost like 20 pounds in basic and i had no fat to begin with to lose. im just saying though. there's easier ways as long as you stay at it.
