If i wanna lose fat and get cut, how benifitial would it be to workout in the sauna at the gym for about 20 minutes after my lifting routine? (i.e. shadowboxing, jumping jacks, pushups, situps)

My thinking is, if you're sweating you burn calories and will lose fat but it could be dehydrating and burn muscle. Does anyone have any concrete information on the subject?

I think a sauna will just cut water the water in your body. But your going to put that back when you trying to replenish your body. I could be wrong though.

I go in to stretch after a workout, it helps f!ght a little of the soreness that might come after a workout...at least for me it does.

All A Sauna will do is dehydrate U.Not a good look for long term weight loss.But if u wrestling or boxing and just trynna make weight yea its a great tool i have lost 10lbs in a few hours

Your body temperature is already above normal from lifting than your going in the sauna which is going to cause more over-heating and your going to exert yourself more while dehydrated?

You're just gonna put the water weight back on or possibly faint from dehydration.
