| Ive been on it for about one month you will see results within two weeks MELTING fat off .. ive lost 13 lbs but i look more muscular than i was before. Six pack coming in and ALL that. Chest actually got 1 and a half inch bigger arms stayed the same. But all in all this !! is the truth first 4 days you will probably be light headed. But after a while you'll adjust. My eating window is 9 to 5 .. 8 hours on 16 off. Oh and i wake up at 3:30 am to go to work so all i do is drink water from 3:30 until 9. Work out a 3:00 pm last meal is around 4:30 a big as shake wit peanut butter, oatmeal, kale, cottage cheese, protein, cinnamon, maca, and almond milk. I Break Fast with a low carb food .. turkey and kale sandwich. Do it you won't regret. | |

| Planning on doing this too (20hour fast and 4 hour eating window) I really really need to burn fat man I've never ever seen my 6pack hopefully I can change that using IF. I still want to build muscle though, anyway I had a few questions too. If I work out in the morning e.g. 9-11 but I break my fast at 3 oclock is that ok? I won't be eating any food for like 4-5 hours AFTER my workout? That does seem strange to me because I've never done that. and will IF help get rid of my Man [..]? I think that area is the hardest part to get rid of because its the first place my fat gets stored in. so I'm guessing it will be the last place I will burn.... but will the fat go from my chest/!!-!! using IF? thanks Edit* - One last question... What are some NO-NO's when breaking your fast? I'm trying to loose fat AND build muscle to get bigger and ripped. Last edited by VigilanteSeason; 07-28-2012 at 12:13 PM.. | |

| I've been doing it for a while but i just recently noticed if I use too much of a calorie deficit I don't get the results i would like. It worked really well when i was way overweight and at a 1000 calorie deficit but now that I'm leaner i wasn't seeing the results i wanted and my lifts weren't increasing the way I was hoping. Last week i started eating more and my lifts are going up and I'm not losing as much scale weight but i can see my bf decreasing. Hoping this keeps up. Only at a 500 calorie deficit right now. Might even go even less if i can get away with it. I'm gonna wait a week or so then incorporate a paleo diet to see if it helps at all. Hoping it does. Also you can use it while bulking too. If you go on leangains it explains it really well. | |

| My pops started this about two weeks ago. I asked him about it today, and he sent me a link to this free ebook. If anyone else is interested, you can download it at the link below. --> | |

| for all the info about it... A lot of you are over thinking it though....there isn't a HUGE benefit with IF over regular dieting. It's just easier to not overeat and to stick to your diet when limiting yourself to a certain number of hours a day. It's also easier for people that have a busy schedule. No matter what type of diet you do, calories in vs calories out is what matters. | |
