damn. getting all technical on niccas.

i just got to the gym 4 to 5x a week and eat right. if i had a plan like you i would be walking around nake cuz a nicca would be looking good. no mr cee

Excellent progress man. Stay the course, do not divert. Lift those weights heavy. Keep it up. I see some pec and ab definition coming along. The love handles and belly will be the last to go, as that's where most men store their fat. It just takes time, dedication, consistency, patience and you will persevere!

I want that love handle !! gone so bad. I want the belly fat gone too--but the loves handle !! bothers me more. I'm going to have to keep a closer eye on my diet. Possibly get more strict, bigger deficit.

Tonight though, I'm having English Muffin Pizza with chicken [..] and broccoli.

2 English Muffins, (whole wheat)
Low fat mozz cheese
Chicken [..]
Steam Broccoli
Sauce (Maybe, we'll see where it fits in the macros).

i get my cardio in at 9round. i dont like running on concrete. i went to both high school to try n run on the track and niccas got the fields locked up. that tax payer property i dunno why they locked up. im just gonna jump the fence next time i go

B was supposed to go jogging with me Sunday, but he didn't show. Which is good, because he runs too !!ing fast, lol.

i skimmed through a majority of the original post. skipped all the comments. saw the progress pics. from the little i did read, you seem motivated. keep at it brah. props for making the lifestyle change. too many people are mentally weak to even try. even if it may seem like a "little" progress now, its progress nonetheless. it will pay off.

When eating cottage cheese... if I drain/strain it.... does that take away lot of the protein? That's the only thing I don't like about cottage cheese, too sloppy.

cottage cheese looks n@sty, so i never tried it before. but hey i used to no eat guacamole because it was green, now i love avocados. maybe someday ill try the cheese
