Protein Drink Advice

has enyone ever used 50 Gram Slam Protein Drink?i was wondering if anyone has had personal effects of it.Im lifting weights now and im starting to increase in muscle size but i havent had the drink yet.If i drink this will it make me look more cut or what will it do?Props for advice....

Being cut is really more a matter of body-fat than anything else. While it is possible to work-out long enough to gain enough muscle to appear ripped, it's not really very efficient.

ur muscles take in the proteins, and it helps them recover, and they even make them grow in size a little more in my opinion

i take the 60g whey protein and it does not taste liek Vanilla . ive just been taking for a week now tho , will repot if i see any results . but protein is good for you tho. if ur skinny , ur gonna looked ripped if you work out , protein shake or not .

Cut calories - eat more protein . . . it's a calorie counting game / picking the right foods props hommies hit me back.
