High reps, lower weight and less sets gives more size gains...
I know you seen guys that look like a regular sized Joe Schmoe, but have 400+ lifts... That's because they train for strength....

Been eating clean as hell too, doing madd cardio. Trying to get shredded for spring Gonna eat this grilled chicken and quinoa then run 3 miles, hit legs and abs tonight

Best All time bench at 185 lbs BW is 330 lbs All-time max is 345 @ ~187 BW
I don't bench press anymore....
Max at 185 lb BW= 495 lbs (Straight Bar); 505lbs + 120lbs Resistance Straps (Trap Bar)
Need to retest.... but I'll probably never max out on deadlifts ever again....
Current Squat - 425 lbs - below parallel @ 182lbs
I rarely max out... but next time I'ma get em on video...
Other Lifts I keep track of....
Front Squat- Current 385 lbs
Standing Strict Military Press 205# - Did that today...
Overhead Squat 235#
BTN Push Press- 285# All-time max 300#
Weighted Pullups- 182 lbs BW + 162 LB

BeatinGuts - 6ft 73.5inch reach 21.8 200m 46 400m 155-190lbs tested at 169lbs, #'s may be higher now but am never maxing again... I train all facets of MMA, also play baseball, football, basketball, and track... all bout them med/heavy reps for me, stamina all day...
bench 295 225x23
squat 425 350x6
deadlift 450 have not done reps of moderate for years...
1170 In the WW division
that one rep max calculator did not even come close for me... = not trustworthy at all...
sustained strength is my goal, not one rep max...
Curious what athletics peeps be involved in, add that to your posts maybe??

keep thinking everyone is lying bc you are not naturally gifted.. there was a kid from a local hs, a different cla## school whose team came to our practice and after a 1 hour practice of only warming up and live wrestling. i watched this freak bench 305 and he wrestled 130... some people are just strong man get over it...

I realize this doesn't mean nearly as much as a video would, and that its however many months/years later, but this is a recent photo of myself deadlifting 385x3 (whether you believe the reps or not I could care less)
It was a random pic that was taken so I don't have anything on my other lifts, but in the upcoming weeks I'll attempt to get more proof

Bench: 5 rep = 230 lb.
Squat: 360 lb.
Deadlift: 425 lb.
Power clean: 240 lb.
Weighed in this morning at ~180 lb.
I noticed people asking for proof, I think I still have some for my power cleans, dead lifts and squats. But not for bench, if anyone really cares that much about it.
