| I'd be a middleweight 180-183lbs. I'm 5'11. Squat:315 Bench :295 Deadlift:365. Although I havent 1 repped maxed deadlift in a long time. I think I can do more now. Oh well, keep lifting and stay healthy guys! | |

if you've been training seriously for years, there's no reason why you shouldn't be benching near 300 if you weigh anything close to 200 lbs. these standards are a good motivational tool. | ||
