i just started weight lifting on january 6 so i almost got 3 months. i had never weight lifted in my life before this so my numbers are low. i havent deadlifted yet cause i dont know the form and as far as squating im on light weight. im 5'8" 170 lbs but give me some time and ill be on these lists

tired to lift 335..and GOT IT..with ease..so i can deadtlift twice my bodyweight now :applause:

never maxed out and am still a complete noob (only been on a real program for 5 weeks now, but was doddling for the previous 12 weeks), gotta start somewhere but here's my numbers so far:

6'3 218 lbs. (these are my working sets right now, still getting beginner gains, except for bench, that is starting to slow)

squat = 245

bench = 195

deadlift = 305

i look at most of your numbers and want to get there so !!ing bad. [pic]

5'10, 160lbs, I hit 270lbs on the bench today :celebrate0:

Squat - 275
Deadlift - 250 (I haven't tried maxing out on it, but I hit 225 about 5-8 times)

I'm pretty sure some people are gonna call bull!! on my bp max, but whatever [pic] I'll see about getting a vid though.


Yes, I know I should be lifting a lot more on squat and deadlifts when comparing BP [pic]

Everyone whom doesn't post any proof. [pic] ......... [pic] Nah.....

Main thing is people actually lifting their 1RM and not calculating their 8-12RM. [pic]

i'll post vids sometime in the near future. i'll probably have to record in the early morning when nobody is around though to avoid looking like a showoff with a camera in the gym [pic]

and yeah people usually define what a "max" is with 1RM's. no problem with that..

I'm thinking quite a few people on the list are talking out they[..]es. But then again, given the nature of the internet, you'd expect this already.

In my mind I automatically shave off about 50-100 lbs whenever I see any lifting stats posted.
