You're doing good. Honor system will have to work for now. Plus, not everyone can go and just max out at any given time lol, if they work out all the time. | ||

I'm just getting over an elbow injury, my bench shoulda been near the 405's if not more, so I haven't been able to hit triceps very hard, not even now yet. I usually do close grip with 315 for 5, but it was putting too much pressure on my left elbow, so I just do 225 for reps of 15 lol I've been focusing a lot on shoulders and weight pullups lately, got 255 on seat for 4, and did 2 45's + body weight of pullups for 5. I can't wait till my elbow fully heals, so I can start going heavy again on bench, !! is pissing me off, I'm scared to rep more then 315 because of the elbow, been trying to rep it out to build stronger tendons/ ligaments. Same with deadlifts, been just trying to rep out 455 and 475, with reset reps, the whole time. omg,my muscles are sore, from never doing more than 3 reps lol and my squats always have sucked from never working out legs till this year lol. | if its max then for me its sqaut 305 deadlift 305 bench 175 i weight about 165 right now..and im 6'2....i gotta keep eating.. edit: damn they k!lling me in bench wise in my class.. | |

Also, APA/USAPA only tests for the standard PL big three (no Miami Heat), which doesn't include MP's. | ||

I know it doesn't include military but I feel that is an essential lift and an additional lift that would be be easy to keep track of. Obviously not add it on to the total but keep track of it. | ||
