I can get back in the gym and get right, took 18 hours this semester (never again ) plus working 64 hours a week (two jobs). I struggled getting into the gym for more than 3 days a week; Usually Monday(arms, shoulders) and Thursday(chest, back) but nothing too serious.
diet will consist of the same thing for 30 days
6 egg whites
cup of plain oatmeal
various fruit (whatever my girl buys that can be chopped and thrown in )
Platinum hydro whey
20-25 wasabi or habanero almonds
6 oz. ground turkey
2 cups of baby spinach
slice of low fat swiss
slice of wheat bread
tea spoon of mustard
20-25 wasabi or habenaro almonds
8oz Chicken [..]
1 cup of snow peas
1 cup of broccoli
will also take:
Fish oil and hd fat burner.

I have no specific goal, I just wanna turn into a gym rat.

yeah totally threw me off..
anywho, when i changed my routine up I went chest/back and tricep/biceps the next day. and let me tell you, i didn't suffer any kind of set back at all really.
I mean, the pumps I got from it were incredible, my arms would swell up to the size of footballs.
I understand the whole argument against it, and I'm not trying to debate that... but sometimes I feel like I gotta mix it up...
Plus with all the supplements I was taking for recovery and maximum muscle growth, I could never get a challenging work out... So that's when I went to that routine and I loved it.

So I completely skipped the whole week. My girls mom came in from Minnesota and it was her first time visiting Dallas, so we showed her around eating random food. Good thing I didnt go shopping

First week of no junk food and soda went bad
I didn't break but I realized how much I rely on them to pa## time. For example I have a part time job where I work security overnight Mon-Wed. , basically all I do there is watch a monitor and watch Netflix on my girls nook. So I'm sitting around snacking on vending machine food and soda. Then around 5:30 I'd shoot across the street to Mcdonalds to eat whatever I had a taste for.
But gettng through those three days were hard as !!, I usually ate out of boredom, so I started sleeping early, which caused me to be less irritated in the morning when I have to take my girl to work at 8. I had more energy so I went to the gym in the morning after getting off and taking her in.
Ran 2 miles Tues-Thur. Didn't run Monday or this morning because I had a late Thursday.
Followed the posted workouts to a T, changed my lunch and dinner.
Lunch: 8 oz. chicken [..] cut up into a baby spinach salad.
non fat greek yogurt
vegetable chips -------- BUY THESE
Dinner: 6 oz salmon
1 in a half cups of snow peas
cup of brown rice.

Second week was a breeze
Definitely feeling more energized from the runs. I kinda wanna buy a bike and ride around but idk, I'd look stupid af on a bike.
don't wanna run around the neighborhood, I might get rolled. So I''ll stick to the treadmill.
um.. the Salmon I was buying sold out, so I bought thicker salmon and tried to cook it the same way.. it was raw as !! on the inside, so now I know to bake thicker salmon
other than that same !! different day

watched the biggest loser and thought I could easily do 10000 meters on the rowing machine.
yea that !! didn't work out like I thought.
got my girl in the gym with me, she did everything I did, lighter weight same rep.
increased my db press from 80 to 90 x 8 reps.
