Ok so I'm 20 years old 6'2-6'3 and weigh about 200 pounds. I want to build muscles on my arms chest and abs. But not to be extreme. I am that skinny fat. I want to know if someone can find me a program that I can do to achieve this. PLEASE I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY ENHANCEMENTS OR SUPPLEMENTS. Also, can someone help me get my speed for basketball. I am trying to play for my college this winter. Please someone help. Props to those who help. And some motivation will help as well.

To be honest you will most likely not play for your college unless your already very good at basketball or your team.is trash.

You want to add weight to your.chest and arms? Why not add it to everywhere?

Why don't you build muscle everywhere....makes much more sense.


"Extreme"? You aren't anywhere close, and it takes years. You have nothing to fear.


Rippetoes or any other noob program. It takes hard work, if you don't put in 100% you are wasting your time.
