neck development

anyone have suggestions on building neck strength?? i've been looking to buy a neck developer but most reviews i've read on the products i have found are bad so i dont really wanna waste money if i can do it another way... [pic]

I've been thinking about the same thing. I always wonder what that piece of equipment was called. Boxers strap it around their head with weight hanging. I've seen mayweather use it.

when i was boxing we paired and used are arms/hands as resistance and that !! worked miracles but i train alone now so...

i was looking at amazon and most of the reviews made me seek another way

Get a neck harness. It isn't that expensive and if YOU don't like it then sell it. If you want it then try if and judge it for yourself.

Personal experience, it works. I've had mine for years more so to develop size than strength. I got it off ebay, don't remember the brand but it's help up fine and gave me the results I was looking for.
