a body at rest tends to stay there i feel you though.

the muscles feel tighter and hurt more when i wake up so i try to keep moving but tru i should just lay it down

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to the player again.

Lower back?

I use to get these random lower back pains that would just creep up on me and stick around for a day or 2 then it's gone. When I got a more regular exercise routine going, all that stopped.

Doing yoga once a week does wonders but seems like people just don't like yoga.

QL is a little trickier to get to, the above videos I listed don't really hit it. Foam rolling is your best bet there. Foam rolling is the first place to start with any pain really.

SHOWTIME
1. lose weight,
2. do light activity (ride the bike, walk)
3. do stretches as mentioned above
4. strengthen abs, strengthen low back

Are you stressed? That can manifest as back pain

I got a real bad back from sports.

Yoga is single handedly the !!. Minus surgery, i did everything and Yoga helped more than any of it. Downward dog is a bad backs best friend!!!

I just wanted to add that your hamstrings and back are on the same pulley system. What can seem like a bad back is often times your hammies !!ing up too. Make sure you go crazy on hamstring stretches, with your knees straight, and bent. (bent knees stretch your lower back more).... Good luck!
