good !! y'all

the best motivation for me is to exercise with a group of friends. its alot easier to go to the gym regularly when someone is along to push you farther and motivate you.
also, making a public commitment is proven increase the chance that you will stick to that comitment. its alot easier to have a schedule of playing basketball once a week with a group of people, than slacking off at the gym because you are by yourself (no one is watching you)

Plus the fact that both my dad and granddad died of heart problems is motivation for me.


I wake up every morning at 6 central and run 2 miles before work and run 3 to 4 at 530. I'm 25 and figured its now or never lol. Imma have the body of kratos this summer[pic]
