Hello everyone- I do not post often but I have been doing a lot of reading these past few days about how I can transform my body. I thought I'd share some of the stuff I have read that may benefit those interested.
I recently got my masters and now besides finding a job, my new goal is to get in the best shape of my life. Last year I did insanity and lost 50lbs; without including strength training- guess what- a lot of the weight i lost was half muscle and half fat.
I am doing insanity again but this time i am including strength training too. squats, pull ups...etc.
I will continue to evaluate my progress and in october start p90x2 since it incorporates cardio with wait training.

Hope this helps ya'll. There is so much information out there misinforming people like myself who know nothing. Some of us battle our whole lives trying to reach our goals and only going in circles and not doing !!.
Be consistent and give your self a reason to why you want to transform your body.
