I can definitely tell when I'm not getting alot of fiber.. will be in the bathroom for 10 minutes straining only to get little to nothing [pic] but most of the time I'm in and out of the bathroom in about 3 minutes [pic]

The pee thing is interesting too. I picked up on that if my pee is white it's because of high water intake, if it's dark yellow it's from drinking more diet soda than water. Never knew about green!!though [pic]

Random fact but one of my worse fears is dying on the toilet when I'm older.. that !! really happens [pic]

This is actually very informative. The one thing I've always wanted to know somewhat related to this is why does my!!always smell like Golden Crisps when I eat that cereal.

Ever since I had my gallbladder removed I !! within minutes of eating usually runny with bile complications of the surgery or I have aids
