| By HammerLarry - 12-17-2012, 04:31 PM - Boxden > The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition hello health section. i figured this'll be the right place to ask. the problem is, i haven't released (took a !!) in about 4 days and i'm beginning to worry. the first thing to imply is, my diet. i've been drinking 2-3 bottles of water everyday, which is normal. but all the water will just be pissed outta me. i believe i eat regular. i don't eat breakfast on the weekdays because there's no time, due to the fact that i go to school in the morning.but on weekends, i eat a decent breakfast, like eggs or waffles. i usually go about the early morning (weekdays) with a growling stomach, then when it's school lunch time, i eat a pizza or chicken tender, with a candy bar after.. just for the energy. when i go home, i eat whatever's available. sometimes, there's pastry on the table, waffles in the freezer, famous amos cookies in the closet... junk basically, but i don't eat them all. for dinner, i'll have rice, beans, and meat all the time.. then i'll have another water bottle. i just don't understand what my body is still doing with old food in my system. the second day i realized i haven't released, i began eating apples a day... apples are a good source of dietary fiber, which'll help my digestive track, but that didn't seem to help at all. i'm still pissing out water. i believe i need more fruits in my diet, instead of meat and junk food. but actually, i'm a child who can't obtain those resources because my parents buy the groceries, not me. they barely rarely buy fruits and vegetables. i try to help my digestive track by hyperventilating through my mouth so i can oxygenize my food, so they can flow. this method isn't working either. before all this, the last time i released, i had diareah that made feces in all types of light brownish shapes.. uhh, and i'm constantly sitting down. so is there anyone who can, give me feedback on this? i'm not getting the science behind my physical body. my light body on the other hand is learning to dream. |

| You don't eat right. You're putting things into your body that don't belong there. Pizza, etc. You need to rid your colon from all that poison. Drink more water. At least a gallon a day. Tell your parents to get it together. No disrespect. | |

| Meat and Junk Food when clog you straight up. you should get ALOT of green veggies and !! thats high in fiber, like beans and wheat bran. like dude said above, you are eating too much crap | |

| go to a health store get like a couple of shots of wheatgrass and drink a lot of water you gotta do like 2 or 3 oz a day.. that !! happened to me once and thats what I did and everything started working right again but if not go see a doctor | |

| let me tell you a little story about smooth move tea.... you go to your local grocery store, in the tea section, and look for a tea that is called smooth move you go home that night boil 8 oz of water and place one of these tea bags in that water...drink it i recommend you do this at about 7 or 8 pm go to bed at around 3 or 4 am you will be awaken by this sensation, it will cause you to clinch your butt cheeks as hard as you can, get out of bed, and jagger step as fast as you can to the toilet, in the mean time you are breaking a though sweat...as soon as you sit you[..] on that toilet seat...boom you got your smooth move | |

| you need fiber in your diet... fruits/veggies... take a fiber supp, and stay away from pork/red meats/mickey d's | |

i included that i had about 2 apples a day, for 3 days. how come those apples didn't shake any of my intestines to digest this nonsense [pic] can anyone explain this? i just bought some fiber-one granola bars. i did this before. have a fiber one diet [pic]. it took granolas and water to get my intestines going. i never heard of smooth move tea. but i wonder if walmart has it. time ago, when i drank coffee, it served me as a bit of a laxative for me to release. now, it doesn't work for me much, i just!!golder urine [pic] if you guys really think i eat too much crap... i'm just gonna open this bag of fiber in a bar [pic] see how that works. i don't wanna bring [rip] into the equation. i don't even want to call a doctor. they'll probably just give me pills and such, so [pic] no | ||
