lol ok so I was wondering what is the "normal" amount of times your body is suppose to digest waste/feces(####,dodo whatever u wanna call it). I used to do it every 1-3 days a week now its like 1.Is this normal? My eating habits haven't changed much,but I do drink alot of soda,could that be the problem? Yea I know I know this is a pretty n@sty subject but please bare with me lol.Hell everybody does it so no need to be 'ugh" about it.How often do u use the bathroom and whats your diet/what do u eat.

It is normal to go once for every 2 days. It is also normal to go every day.

A very noticeable change in bowel habits can be an early sign of a serious health issue so Id check with a doc. Are you an active person? have you tried exercising to increase ur metabolism and get ur bowels going? have you eaten anything with fiber to help you out? Any medications u are taking? Marijuana smoker? Are u under stress?

I don't go to the gym but I do alot runnin around durin the week goin to class,runnin err ons,shoppin etc so thats about as active as I get...as for everything else I have just started taking birth control(pills) this month.I don't smoke at all but have been kinda stressed with human biology class ####s a hard subject.

I dont think there is a certain # of times you are supposed to #### per day. I go like twice everyday. I find that the more protein I take in the more I ####. I have a great diet but I was using the bathroom the same amount of times per day even when I had a terrible diet.

I'm pretty sure that is not a good sign. You should be taking a dump atleast once a day. More fibre will get your bowels moving. Drinking more water will help you as well.

Start to get more fiber. I know that there is a new yogurt out that is designed especially for women to promote regular bowel movements. Its pretty cost efficient as opposed to doctor prescribed medicine. Take some things that contain fiber..metamucil, flax seed oil, etc. Try that out for a while. Put down the soda becuase htat just will cause you to have problems later in life...raise the risk to become diabetic. Also start to drink water...maybe a half gallon per day. This is all on you though...you determine what your body does by what you put in it and how you operate it.

Yeah...eat more fiber, drink some green tea to speed up your metabolism...start to do cardio...

I #### everyday usually. My metabolism is starting to slow down, but because of the gym, it speeds it up.

If you drink a lot of soda, it will give you that "full" feeling, and you wont eat a lot of food. Which could explain it.

Are you taking any pain k!ller medications? Those usually cause it sometimes, but if you aren't doing any of the above, to an extreme. Get the fiber, as they mentioned, and reduce the soda, not even diet. It's bad for you. Like 1 cup is a day is ok, but it should be a lot of water.

damn ma!! you should be taking a dump AT LEAST ONCE a DAY...EVERYDAY !!

drink more water....eat fruits/vegetables...... hell drink a laxitive or get a colonic or something..... thats mad toxins you holdin inside
