you wanna do squats and calfs to get a better vert leap im only 5'7" and i can hang on the rim with two hands but i cant dunk yet im working on it

you know what might work....dont take my word for it though. to me this jus makes sense

putting some weight on your legs. just doing jumping exercises/playin b-ball wit them/running wit them.....keep em on all the time and in probably 2 weeks, raise the weight, then raise it again 2 weeks later. then if you take the weights off you'll prob notice results.

so im sayin once you get used to the extra weight put on your legs, it's like a part of your body. its like the batters in baseball. when they on deck, they put some sh*t on the bat to make it heavier. then when they're up, they take that sh*t off and the bat feels lighter.

one thing that u can do that doesn't cost u a thing is walk around on ya tip toes. and run on them as well. calf raises, leg extensions, and hamstring curles help. but if u don't like liftin the just walk and run on ya tip toes for a while. it worked for me. i'm 6'0 and can play around the rim well. won a dunk contest my sophmore year in college.
