Honey Stinger Waffles

Anybody try these?? They just popped up at my grocery store.

My uncle used to tell me how important/ beneficial honey is to our bodies( most useful for of sugar). He used to eat spoonful of honey every morning.

I picked up 4 for $5 and ate one first thing after I woke up. Went for 3-4 mile run and really liked it. These are 100% organic, gluten free












By the way, they taste delicious
