not really core strength im concerned about i cant bend my arms like that. guess im not flexible.
I'd have to rest it on the top of my shoulder's and cross my arms an make an X on top of the bar. I dont know if thats fine or not.
nevermind i found it @ 1:38. dude said thats not good. I need to buy some wrist wraps. Because I feel like i'm not holding it right like @ 2:45sec when I do that it's uncomfortable on my arms.
